		<description>I like your list, but I think it&#039;s not exactly about writing elegant code. This list outlines good tips on improving yourself as a developer, which is more important (to me at least.) It may or may not lead to more elegant code, but will hopefully lead you to better applications - better to the users, better to maintain.
I would also add &quot;be a mentor&quot; because the effort to clearly explain something will make you understand it deeper.</description>
