Reminder: Open Spaces Tomorrow Night, 6:30-8:30
Have you ever sat through a presentation and wished it was more interactive? Have you wished that you could influence the discussion, share your knowledge on the subject and grow from the collaboration? Then Open spaces for you.
Don’t get me wrong. Presentations are great for some things, especially disseminating information to a group of folks. However, I really learn best when my thoughts are tested through a discussion with others. My ideas get tested, that makes me think and through it I grow.
So, don’t forget the first Open Spaces session tomorrow evening. Bring your head, get some great Mexican Food, grab a drink and share in the conversation. This is for anyone willing to share and learn. All topics are open for discussion.
Well almost all topics…you might catch a few raised eyebrows if you want to discuss using Object-Oriented COBOL as a new macro language for Excel. <grin>
The location is free with the stipulation that we buy food, drinks, etc. So, try to purchase something if you can. If you can’t come anyway.
