I also have a problem with email brain farts - I &quot;solved&quot; it by adding a client-side Outlook rule that adds a 2 minute delay to all sent mail that does not include the text &quot;[fast]&quot; in the subject or body.

It doesn&#039;t catch everything but it gives me a lot of time to rethink what I sent and when three people respond to the email at the same time I get to pull my response back before it goes out to avoid adding to the noise.</description>
