I am happy to announce Ryan Kelley as a member of the EC group. I had the pleasure of meeting Ryan at the Kaizen conference last month in Austin Tx, where he convened a session on Lean/Kanban in small teams.

Ryan is an active member of the .Net community, frequent blogger, and has some great insight to share here with us. So lets all give Ryan a warm welcome as the newest Elegant Coder.
