The nested container approach doesn&#039;t bother me actually, it has some good benefits. I think MEF is going to do the same. In fact, I think the AutoFac guy is on the MEF team?</description>

		<description>You may want to seriously consider looking at Autofac, an IoC container which handles disposals.  It does this by tracking much the same way you are above but without all the custom code.</description>

He was solving a different problem in that you dont always have the luxury of, or want, a container reference, but the pattern is exactly the same. I really like how you have used it to solve the disposable problem you have been posting about.</description>
