The 5 Things You Don’t Know About Me blog tagging game got me.
My buddy and co-worker Matt Berther tagged
me, so I will respond in kind.
I am pretty transparent and self-revealing person, so some of this might not really
be much a surprise for some. I am basically detrimentally uncensored about myself.
- In 1989, I spent 3 weeks in an igloo in Alaska. The majority of that time I
spent pressed up against another Airman for warmth and unable to go outside due to
a freakish snowstorm. Ah, Johnson, I still miss ya. Did you know that
the Inuit version of a toilet is pronounced coo-da-lik? Basically
it is a block of ice that sit in the corner for 3 weeks. - I had quit a menagerie of animals growing up. As a 7th grader, I cared
for a crippled one-winged red tail hawk after it was shot. My extensive
knowledge of chicken hawk anatomy was put to good use. I also had a possum that
I raised from a baby on a bottle. His name was Booker-T and his fur was sleek
and silver, not at all like the one in the picture to the right. - The first computer I ever owned was an Atari
520ST. I coupled it to a 300 baud modem to war dial my entire hometown.
I got 3 answers. - I once dated Kenny Rogers‘
niece. I pretty much did it just so that I could write this blog post today. And
yes, I did have to link to Kenny Rogers’ home page. - Cartoon animation was my first love. My heart’s desire for many years was to
be an animator for Disney or someone
else like Hanna-Barbera.
Now I settle for Family Guy.
Now who to tag back?
My Wife, Martin
Danner, Jared Richardson, Richard
Hundhausen, and Chris
Brandsma.
