Brian Lagunas
I am the Lead Software Engineer / Software Solutions Architect for Gayle Manufacturing Company, a steel manufacturing company, located in Nampa, Idaho. I am also a technical contributer for PluralSight, a technology based training provider. I have been developing professionally for over 10 years, and specialize in enterprise application development using a variety of Microsoft technologies, but I focus on WPF and Silverlight. Before I was at GMC, I was a Senior Software Engineer for URS, an engineering and construction company, located in Boise, Idaho.
I can be found speaking at local user groups such as the Boise .NET Developer User Group (NETDUG) and the Boise Software Developers Group (BSDG). I also present yearly at Boise Code Camp and Tech Fest. I am an avid blogger on Elegant Code and can be heard on several Pod Casts. I am also the author of the Extended WPF Toolkit project on CodePlex.
