My Personality Type

I am attending some managerial training for my company, Healthwise,
and one of the things that we are doing is assessing our Myers
Briggs
personality types.  I took the same assessment 4-5 years ago and at
that time I scored out as an INTJ
This time around, I scored dramatically different as an ISTP.

This bothers me a lot.  I enjoyed the idea that I was an INTJ.  That’s leadership
material, man!  Now I am reduced to an analyst.

ISTP

Tolerant and flexible, quiet observers until a problem appears, then act quickly to
find workable solutions. Analyze what makes things work and readily get through large
amounts of data to isolate the core of practical problems. Interested in cause and
effect, organize facts using logical principles, value efficiency.

I guess this will means that I am suited to be a good developer, though. Nice.
