Upgrading to IE 7.0 RC1

I have been running IE7 Beta 3 for about 2 months.  IE7 has converted me to tabbed
browsing in a way that FireFox never did.  IE 7 is a genuine pleasure to use
and has a much improved performance feel than the bloated IE6 did.

So, I just upgraded to IE7 RC1 and the install required a reboot.  Is that just
to try and trick me into believing that the browser is an integral part of Windows?
C’mon, guys, give me a break.  Isn’t the lawsuit over?  Why make me suffer,
you reboot requiring bastards!
