My Buddy Actually Works

I asked my MS Buddy, Jason, about the lack of the unit testing tools
for the official Beta 1 release of Whidbey and he followed up on it. Thanks, Jason.

So here is the story:

The unit test components or Visual Studio are built by a separate
team from the rest of the framework and studio.  The component wasn’t able
to be merged with the main studio code base in time to make the initial beta,  however,
there will be a Beta1 Refresh that will include these components that will be released
in approximately 6-8 weeks.

Right on! A unit testing framework commitment is a symbol of Microsoft‘s
commitment to the developer community and our various software development lifecycles.
It is good to know that it is still slated for delivery with the product.
