Phone Screenings with Mind Manager

To support my 30 minute phone screening sessions for developer candidates, I have
come to rely heavily on Mind Manager 5.0. 
If you have not used Mind Maps before, they are an amazing way to organize information
and are appropriate to all sorts of tasks.

In order to repeatedly document my calls with candidates, I used the following Map
Part for Mind Manager to document the conversation.  I have found that this produces
a solid way to compare candidates in the same Mind Map after talking to several of
them.  It also helps me remember a specific conversation.
