There are now 3 active bloggers that I know of who work with me on the Engineering
staff at Healthwise.
I love the fact that in a team of only seven developers, almost half have active blogs.
I think it is funny that we all use different blog engines and servers. Our
employer is kind enough to offer a free wire to a personal machine in our DMZ
and that is where my machine sits running .
Matt has chosen movable type and uses a hosting service. Alex uses DasBlog and
I am not sure what his hosting setup is.
This just goes to show that developers never choose the easy way to do anything.
Why don’t we all just share space on a single server and use Community Server?
Because everyone wants to play in their own way, that’s why. And that is what
makes a good developer. Never stop playing.
