SGF Software, Brian Marick, Independent Consultant, Sanjiv Augustine, CC Pace

Abstract

This session will contain
four presentations which cover key aspects of agile development: planning and tracking,
writing and telling user stories, testing, and project management. Each presenter
will speak for 45 minutes, providing introductions, examples, and experiences helping
communities employ agile techniques. All the presenters have published on the topics,
and they are currently helping project communities of all sizes and shapes transition
