AYE – A Conference for the Softer Side

Some of the most respected thought leaders in the softer skills side of the Agile movement have come together to produce a conference focusing on their areas of expertise. The likes of Esther Derby, Dave Smith, Johanna Rothman, and lighter side gurus are getting together in Phoenix from Nov. 4th-7th to present on issues of Agile management, teamwork, organizational practices, and other things instrumental to building solid teams and organizations.

Introducing Amplifying Your Effectiveness. I won’t be there, but I have heard most of these people in person and I highly recommend spending your week soaking in this wisdom.
