Microsoft Toolbar

So, install the new MSN Messenger yet? You get an option to install the MSN Toolbar.

Ha ha ha. What the heck? So there it now sits under my Google bar
and I cannot help but laugh. Talk about a blatent ripoff! Yeah, yeah, I know. Windows
and all.

Initial impressions? It ticks me off that the initial settings for the popup blocker
allow popups on “selected sponsor sites”. What, you can pay MS to be less irritating?

I would like to have seen a cleaner intergration with MSN messenger. Maybe next version?
How about online contacts in a dropdown so I don’t need to run MSN Messenger at all?

This begs the question, “When a popup is blocked, who takes the credit?”
