Writely Test Document

Is there any user-centric application left to the domain of the desktop? What can
we not do via browser that a user needs to do?

Even MS has gotten into the game with SharePoint 2007 and the webmail client for exchange
2003. These things are actually really good!

I am writing this post via Writely ,
an on-line word processor that was acquired by Google recently. My initial thoughts
on this idea were that I would be sacrificing a good user experience, bu that is honestly
not the case. This is what Web 2.0 really means.
