Against my better judgement, I welcome Elegant Code’s newest contributor, my wife, Eleanor. Elle has a successful blog of her own over at DomesticOblivion.com and the woman is just a flat out funny and good writer.

She will add a note of humanity to Elegant Code with occasional articles about what it is like for a nuero-typical like herself (who thinks computers run on chipmunk power) to live in the world of geeks I force her to inhabit. I love this woman, and I once convinced her that we needed to tape up the electrical outlets to save on power leakage. This should tell you a bit about her technical acumen.

If she gets too off color, I’ll tone her down, folks. She curses like a drunken sailor. I’m sure you’ll enjoy Elle’s contributions.
