Another iPhone Convert

September 5th, 2008
Image representing IPhone as depicted in Crunc...

After leaving my day job (today was my last day), I needed a new phone.

I have been through several and ended up with the iPhone.

I am enjoying talking about it in first person.

“iPhone is really useable.”

“iPhone’s browser is great.”

“Twitterific on iPhone is cool.”

“I can listen to Pandora on iPhone.”

Really, the sheer number of annoying and Apple snobbistry things that I haven’t even thought of yet boggles the mind.
I have an order in for a black sweater from J. Crew.

iPhone will like it.

My phone heard about your phone, and got all depressed, and its directional-pad started acting up.

(iPhone is so great it doesn’t even HAVE a directional-pad!)

iPhone is feeling rather smug right now. I did, however, get the wife a Mobile 6 phone with no data plan.

Yesterday everything was fine. Today my phone heard about your phone, got stressed out, and its directional-pad started acting up.

And I blame IE for that dual-posting. Chrome-time?

Congrats on leaving your day job. I understand your dilemma with the iPhone. I’m so tired of my colleagues going on and on about theirs, I’ve decided to buy a Nokia N95 just out of spite!
