Window Live Writer 2.0
This is probably old news for many of you, but it is a welcome revelation to me. Microsoft has released a new version of Windows Live Writer. This tool is single handedly responsible for making my blogging experience enjoyable.
The new features bring this application up to par with the best blogging tools out there. I cannot say how much I love this application and I can only say that I am glad Microsoft throws us this freeware bone.
My favorite new features include:
- Table support
- Inline spell checking like word
- Code insertion formatting
- Common keyword linking
- Just a nicer UI
- Native post tagging

I have been using Windows Live Writer for about a week. I really like the upgrade – the improvements to features, functionality and interface are well done.
