Biggest Presentation Compliment Ever, I Think

Category:UncategorizedTag: :

Last night I presented a 2 hour lecture / workshop on Scrum, Agile estimation techniques, and delivering in iterations to a group of college students. These folks are doing their final senior project for their CIS degrees at Boise State University and I was asked to provide an overview of iterative delivery techniques to guide the methodology of the class.

After a lecture on Scrum, an exercise estimating a backlog, and a couple if iterations making paper airplanes, we were done. As the students filed out of the room I overheard my favorite feedback from a student, maybe ever.

"How am I supposed to sleep through a class like that?"

  1. They probably could not get any sleep because they got to make paper airplanes. I am sure the presentation was boring enough to put them to sleep :-).
