Chris Brandsma and Richard Cirerol sit down and talk with Jim Wierich.   Jim is a Ruby and Java developer, frequent speaker, and the creator or Rake (Ruby Make) that is becoming favored by developers all over.

Over the course of the conversation we talk about about Connascence as a Developer Grand Unification Theory, Ruby, Architecture, and TDD.  It was a fun talk and Jim is a great guy to listen to.

I enjoyed the discussion, but the difference in volume between the participants made it a rather painful experience.

The audio quality of this podcast was excruciatingly bad. The guest’s credibility took a hit when he said he didn’t know how to spell “connascence”–but lowered even less when searching his blog for the word turns up zero hits! You guys often do very good podcasts; this wasn’t one of them.

Don’t like the dumb clip by the woman in your intro.
